Development, Industrialization Quality Production Leader For Woven Component Team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am responsible for my Fabric Supplier Management (Human, Development, Quality & Environment assessment)

I manage along with my supplier the development of fabric’s range (Woven Syntheticl/Blended Fabric)

I stay aware of all innovative fabrics & new process

I negotiate prices twice a year based on an industrial approach and cost analysis

I communicate and pass on my strong technical know-how

I ensure that the fabric of my supplier is developed on time & at the right quality

I make sure all colors are developed for each season (lab-dip, first bulk etc…)

I follow closely by testing & inspecting my fabrics in order to respect Decathlon Technical Specifications

I assist my supplier on Continuous Improvement

Located in Ho Chi Minh, your responsibilities are linked to one or a few suppliers where you have to be 3 days/week

Frequent business trips within Vietnam and overseas

You have been a Fabric Technologist or/and worked for a woven fabric mill ( over 5 years of experience in Production: Weaving + Dyeing + Finishing mill)

You master raw materials: Yarn, Dye stuff, chemicals

You are passionate about textiles, curious, and motivated by the new means to industrialize our products and satisfy our customers

You are committed to conciliate business and environmental protection

Fluent in English & Vietnamese, French would be a significant added value
