Data Analyst (Cu Chi factory)

What you will be doing:

• Dedicated to drive the digital transform of factory through the role of project lead, with deep understanding of factory processes & strong collaboration with operational stakeholders.

• Lead the deployment of standardized digital use case in the factory, with the help of Data Engineer & Data Scientist as central function.

• Coordinate with Manufacturing Excellence Team for the adoption of global digital use cases for shopfloor execution.

• Continuous learning & upskilling to be pipeline for future role of either Data Engineer (the shopfloor integration path) or Data Scientist (the pure data science path).

• Candidates with less than 1-year experience with technical background in industrial-related majors (Engineering, Automation, Computer Science,…) with knowledge about Operational Technology for manufacturing.

• Data literacy & familiar with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Power Query, Python, Excel Macro, Power Automate… and basic data visualization skill with Power BI, Power Apps…

• Resilience, willing to expose yourself to shopfloor operation and working on short intensive sprints of project-based workstreams.

• Good English communication & Self-motivated, committed, and confident.
