Customer Service Staff
Job description
- Handle and assist customers on quotation, sales order and product inquiries.
- Closely follow up customer quotation to aggressively get the order.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
- Follow up incoming sales prospect through email/call/ Zalo.
- Assist day to day customer inquiry/ feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Communicate & coordinate with internal Departments/ Supplier to handle customer requirement.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution.
- Compliance communication procedures, guidelines, KPI & company procedure.
- Visit customers may be required but limited.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
Job requirements
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred.
- Bachelor Diploma holder
- Prefer 2 to 5 years B2B industrial sales support, tele-marketing experience.
(Experience with Factory Automation/ Electric devices is highly preferable)
- Actively/ able to handle business with less of supervision
- Possess high energy, result-oriented and customer-centered
- Good communication, negotiation & customer service skills
- Fast worker, able to do multi-task as well as handle workload in a high volume and fast pace environment
- Good team player
- Able to self-commute to the office (Tien Son Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province) is highly preferable;
- Meticulous and organized
- Proficient in MS Office
- Work on Saturday on rotation basis
