YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take part in our ambitious retail project launching in Vietnam

Take responsibility in cuser relationship management

Support customers about orders & products on the Decathlon Online channel (Fanpage, website, Email, Hotline, Marketplace)

Working with third parties to support the cuser (Carrier, Sports Club,…)

Create a “WOW” experience for all our cuser on all channels

You are ready to work during the weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead

You are concrete and punctual, with an on-the-field, organized mindset

You dare to take risks, you play to win and you are able to take responsibility for your role

You have a high sense of customer service and are willing to try new, different ways of engaging and serving customers

You have a digital mindset with ease of working with data and you are process oriented

You are passionate about sports; regularly practice at least one sport

You are good at communication, confident, and can speak English
