Customer Development Partner TOFT (South Central) (Sales)
Job description
JOB SUMMARY
• Be responsible for completing sales volume target and coverage according to company business development strategy.
• Maintain and develop customer network in assigned area and channel.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image and activation at the accounts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Account coverage:
Maintain the mandate visitation and program communication to distributor.
Ensure the standard display at the client’s retail store.
In high season sales (Tet), ensure all the sales incentive program to be provided and followed till successful completion.
2. Sales Target (volume) and proper distribution to end consumer.
Complete the sales volume target in any circumstance.
Ensure client increase the purchase and sell out the authentic product distributed from Nha Trang distributors.
In high season (Tet), complete the sales target to individual client.
3. Sales routine and Report completion
Complete all sales report.
Inventory/stock information regularly updated (weekly, monthly).
4. Conduct sales in to optimize client’s stock capacity at all time.
Complete stock forecast.
Job requirements
Education & Experience
• University degree
• At least 3 years sales relevant experience in trading field
• Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
Functional & Leadership Competencies
• Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills & problem-solving skills
• Work independently and under high pressure
• Good command of English
• Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power point Presentation)
• Strong sales negotiation skills
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good people management skills with ability to motivate, guide and coach subordinates
