Job description
Panasonic Sales Vietnam is currently looking for a CRM Marketing executive in developing Panasonic's total customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
You will be responsible for leveraging CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing automation to create targeted campaigns and personalized communication that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
- Strategy Development and Customer Journey Mapping:
• Support D2C/CRM manager in developing a total CX strategy, customer journey, and loyalty program aligned with the overall company direction and business objectives.
• Research market trends and analyze customer behaviors and touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Develop marketing and integrated communication plans to promote Panasonic's CRM platforms (My Panasonic App).
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing communication teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and personalized messages.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop customer benefits, loyalty programs, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Platform Development:
• Support D2C/CRM manager and collaborate with IT to oversee the management and enhancement of all digital platforms, focusing on optimizing UI/UX and CX of the Mobile App.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and present reports on key CRM metrics of My Panasonic App. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Support
• Support D2C/CRM manager in managing budgets and expenses for CRM platforms and activities.
• Prepare day-to-day documentation, approvals, and payments as required.
Job requirements
• Proven experience in CRM marketing, focusing on strategy development and digital campaign execution.
• Fluent English
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and online customer behavior.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Results-driven and customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving targets and ROI.
• Have a “start-up” attitude and mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask on projects, and adapt to a result-oriented working culture.
