Corporate Planning Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and set performance targets.

Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.

Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Manage investor relations materials, including presentations, press releases, and annual reports.

Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and concerns.

IV. POSITION INFORMATION

Department: Corporate Planning

Report to: Head of Corporate Planning

Working hour: 8:30 - 17:30, Mondays to Fridays.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related field.

At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
