The objective of LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) is to support The LEGO Group in its strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the company. The foremost critical success factor for implementing a Continuous Improvement mindset is leadership commitment.

LCI builds capabilities in the organization to align, simplify and improve processes, to increase problem-solving skills and to increase change readiness.
Core responsibilities: • Assist managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.
• Contribute to analysis for problem solving needed.
• Arrange and conduct LCI training.
• Develop, support, implement and continuously use global CI standards as well as feedback improvement points to local owners.
Play your part in our team succeeding! Reporting to the LCI Director, this position’s responsibility is to influence, coach, be sparring-partner and challenge the business leaders and specialists to adopt and implement the LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) mindset and ways of working. Focus will be to implement LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset with the aim of building organizational capabilities and driving major improvement activities. Driving major improvement activities with many stakeholders will require a high degree of change and stakeholder management. This position will be part of the local LCI network and you will support the global LCI agenda.
Job requirements
Do you have what it takes? • Graduated in industrial management or similar will be an advantage. BSc/BA/ Master in relevant field such as Engineering or business administration is preferred • Minimum 3 years of Lean/OPEX/CI experience and manufacturing environment.
• Experience as in Lean/Daily management system deployment phases of manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Experience in facilitation of CI workshops
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience as internal/external consultant would be an advantage
• English - advanced

• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (power BI, Power Automate, and KPIs visualization), …
• Excellent Aptitude in creative problem-solving
• Disciplined and forward thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues from and out of the team

• Able to travel
