Content Marketing Executive/junior Manager

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Executive/Junior Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content and viral marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience in content creation and viral marketing, rather than just agency management experience.

. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

- Create compelling, trend-aware content that resonates with Vietnamese beauty consumers

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify successful viral marketing strategies and adapt them for our brands

- Monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and gaps in the market

- Create trend-responsive content that capitalizes on current social media phenomena and viral moments

- Plan and execute viral marketing campaigns across different social media platforms

- Build and maintain strong community engagement through direct customer interaction and response management

- Produce original, platform-specific content including short-form videos, photos, and engaging social posts

- Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to expand brand reach

- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities in the beauty industry

- Manage content calendar and ensure timely content delivery

- Optimize content performance through A/B testing and data analysis

. Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation

- Proven track record of creating successful viral content, particularly in the beauty/cosmetics industry

- Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis and trend adaptation for viral marketing

- Strong portfolio showing successful community-driven viral campaigns and engagement strategies

- Direct experience in video production, editing, and photo editing for social media

- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and best practices

- Experience in beauty industry content creation and understanding of Korean beauty trends

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese

- Demonstrated ability to create trending content without relying heavily on external agencies

- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
