Our Story

Company Introduction

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSW Vietnam has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. Today, BGSW Vietnam has offices in both Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi with more than 4500 currently working.

Our People

Gaur Dattatreya

Managing Director

Mr. Dattatreya Gaur is the CEO & Managing Director of Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam since November 2021. He takes responsibility of the growth and sustainability of Vietnam center by focusing on three pillars: competence, local leadership development and taking up responsibilities.

He is passionate about new edge technologies and business. During the last 28 years with Bosch, he has worked and lived in India, Germany, USA and Vietnam. Prior to joining Bosch, he had worked for 6 years with BEL (Bharat Electronics) in development of RADAR and SONAR systems.

Sathyanarayana T K

Head of Operations

Mr. Sathyanarayana TK is the Vice President of Organization Business Transformation (ORG) of Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited (RBEI). He has been with Bosch for more than 18 years. During his tenure, he has worked in senior management roles in Human Resources function for different business units of Bosch. He also had experience across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT and ITES industries handling varied HR functions.

Mr. Sathyanarayana TK was the head of Human Resources function at RBEI. He was responsible for People Startegy, Leaderhsip Development, Learning & Development, Innovation in People processes and practices that supported renewed culture and workplace environment.

Brendan Gibson

Head of Hanoi Office

Mr. Brendan Gibson is Engineering Director and Head of Hanoi Office at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW). With over 20 years experience within Bosch, he had worked and lived in Germany, China, Hungary, and now Vietnam supporting and leading HW and SW development in these locations.

Having Pioneered ADAS development since 2002, he is hooked on the technological possibilities and positive impact of driver experience and safety systems and have spent my professional life in this area. He is passionate about building and connecting autonomous engineering teams, and with a strong focus on creating innovative customer solutions.
