Job description
I. Job Role
Planning and overall management of the company's investment activities; developing investment plans; evaluating the feasibility of projects; organizing land development; conducting M&A to generate revenue and profits.
II. Responsibilities
1. Planning and overall management of investment activities:
• Implement and monitor investment plans, ensuring investment projects maintain liquidity according to the established plans.
• Negotiate, monitor the signing and execution of investment contracts, as well as other agreements with partners.
2. Organizing land development and investment appraisal:
• Conduct analysis and synthesis of input and output information of potential projects. Evaluate potential projects based on appraisal criteria to assess their exploitable efficiency.
• Develop investment structures, feasible implementation plans, and adjustment plans when relevant changes occur. Conduct comprehensive analysis, review, and examination of projects and enterprises. Participate in necessary field surveys to compile comprehensive risk assessment reports and propose implementation solutions.
• Establish medium and long-term project development plans.
• Seek clean land funds and investment opportunities.
• Establish relationships, nurture, and maintain the development of relationships with individuals, organizations, and agencies involved in land fund search and investment projects.
• Appraise, evaluate, propose, and provide advice on selecting investment possibilities and investment plans.
• Submit investment proposals for approval.
• Negotiate with partners regarding investment cooperation, joint ventures, and partnerships for project implementation.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on investment effectiveness for ongoing projects:
• Report to and advise the CEO on investment plans that yield optimal efficiency.
• Report to the CEO on project implementation and progress, ensuring timely fulfillment of investment stages.
4. Manage and oversee the operations of the Investment Department:
• Ensure effective implementation of all activities within the Investment Department, achieving business objectives.
• Manage the Investment, Investment Legal, External Relations teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration and individual development within the department.
5. Perform other tasks as required by BOD.
Job requirements
a. Education
• Bachelor's degree or above
b. Knowledge: Possess knowledge in accounting and finance, capital markets,
real estate market, and the process of real estate project
investment.
c. Experience
• Professional experience
• At least 10 years of experience
• Management experience
• At least 05 years in an equivalent position.
• Proficient in using English in work.
• Proficient in computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint.
