Job description
1. Perform the role of counter team leader and checker
2. Check and approve the transactions (cash and non-cash) to make sure correct information and follow the bank's regulations.
3. Monitor compliance and quality of customer service at the counter.
4. Daily check and re-check documents with the list of documents of the Tellers
5. Guide the Tellers to accurately account for arising transactions;
6. Overall managing the administrative task at the bank, including security matters.
7. Other assigned tasks
Job requirements
Qualification
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any commerce related field. Majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance & Banking is preferable.
Requirements:
· Have at least 03 years of experience with the same role.
· Having good operational knowledge
· Good at communication and customer service.
· English is a requirement
· Ability to work independently and team group
· Skill of multi-task handling
