C&B Manager
Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead and oversee the company's compensation, benefits, and policy management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure alignment with the company’s goals, market trends, and legal requirements.
Regularly review and update compensation policies and structures to maintain competitiveness within the industry.
Oversee salary benchmarking, pay structures, and pay-for-performance initiatives.
Manage and review employee benefits programs (health, life, insurance, pension, etc.) and ensure they meet the needs of employees while staying within budget.
Administer employee recognition and reward programs to drive engagement and motivation.
Lead the creation, review, and update of compensation policies and procedures in line with local and global best practices.
Ensure all C&B policies are compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational needs.
Manage the implementation of any policy changes, including communication to employees and training HR teams.
Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits-related matters, including budget forecasts, cost analyses, and market competitiveness.
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure proper tax reporting, deductions, and compliance with labor regulations.
Provide expert guidance to HR business partners and line managers on compensation, benefits, and employee welfare matters.
Address employee queries and concerns related to C&B, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to continuously improve compensation and benefits offerings.
Implement systems to track the effectiveness of C&B strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs), employee satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Provide analytical support for the planning and execution of compensation adjustments and strategic workforce decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of C&B professionals to drive the successful execution of initiatives.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure seamless integration of C&B policies within the broader HR strategy.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
At least 1 year of experience in a C&B Manager or similar position with hands-on responsibility for policy management, compensation strategies, and benefits administration.
Solid experience in policy creation and implementation, as well as managing large-scale compensation and benefits projects.
Skills:
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits design, labor laws, and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in HRIS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is preferred.
