Yêu cầu công việc
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum 05 years related working experience in a related field.
• Must have previous BD/Sales Management experience, preferably in shipping and forwarding sales
• Preferable have experience working overseas or setting up overseas offices.
• Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan.
Knowledge:
• Have knowledge base in Logistics industry, incoterms, freight forwarding, comercial contract, seafreight/airfreight, logistics associations
• Have good understanding about Logistics trend
Competency, Skills:
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Good in operation management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
