KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Promote Kingspan as the leading expert in all aspects of Cold Storage technology and applications.
• Achieve the planned sales volumes, revenue and contributions
• Provide quality reporting and analysis of market trends and general market information relevant to our sector
• Maintain and keep relevant the major projects tracking system with information on key projects, construction investors, and key customers.
• Major project identification and servicing from specification through to contract award and order processing stage.
• Develop marketing initiatives in conjunction with General Manager, focused on new customer development in property development, design & build, specification, contracting sectors
• Provide feedback from the market on new product development ideas and opportunities
• Provide Kingspan information and solutions to contractors, engineers and funders

COMPETENCIES:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a sales record – ideally within the insulated panel manufacturing or cold storage industry.
• Good English skills an advantage.
• Existing business network in Vietnam cold storage, food chain and/or seafood industry
• Possess a good technical background in building envelope, preferably in cold storage construction
• Through proficient use of interpersonal skills via phone and face-to-face, engage and probe customers to ensure their true needs are determined and provide optimal solutions.
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Self-starter with a business development approach
• Solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability to comprehend the Kingspan products and to communicate our value proposition to prospects.
• Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting.
• Understanding the sales cycle with the ability to close sales.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Organised, efficient and able to self-prioritise workload
