Purpose And Scope Of Role
• The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.
• The main business scope of ADEN Services shall be the activities directly related to catering, cleaning, maintenance and other facility management services for buildings, factories, hotels, schools, etc.

Key Duties a Responsibilities:
• Define client needs and convert them into service requirements and solutions
• Working with sales team to develop a solid business case to support recommendations on new business both within existing fields of Interest and also new fields of Interest for The company
• Develop and implement sales plans including sales strategy, sales forecast and budget estimation
• Meet agreed sales targets and revenue objectives
• Well manage client accounts by keeping close contact developing new business via cross-selling & liaising with other departments to assure service quality
• Initiate market research; evaluate consumer and business information to form a basis for product development
• Report to Business Development Manager
Job requirements
• Fluent In English communication skill and other languages would be a plus
• 2-3 years experiences in the relevant capacity
• Proven presentation, negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills and a good team player
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Must possess integrity, diplomacy, persuasion, and respect confidentiality
• Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office)
