About the role:
We are looking for entrepreneurs and resourceful professionals with experience and highly commercial skills to join our team as B2B Sales Team.
You will:
-Manage the initiation of cold sales and cross-selling of licenses to companies and corporations in Vietnam with high corporate profiles.
-Develop business strategies in close collaboration with our marketing and sales team to successfully promote the OPEN ENGLISH (OE) platform and the value it offers, and more effectively close deals.
-Identify and develop sales opportunities within the relevant market.
-Manage full sales cycles, including presentations and handling negotiations with top-level executives, human resources, and corporate development, always highlighting the added value of our product range.
-Project sales activities and achievement of revenue goals.
-Expand recognition and acceptance of the OE platform through product demonstrations, in-market events (tradeshows and conferences), and other account-specific promotional initiatives.
-Manage the sales process to ensure key performance metrics are met, with a strong emphasis on closing new business.
-Analyze and research the market in assigned territory, formulating penetration strategies to develop potential new accounts.
-Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and local market analysis and research.
-Prepare, structure, and deliver corporate contact management reports for Vietnam.
-Manage the end-to-end sales process through proper management and engagement with the parties involved, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Exceed established sales quotas.
Yêu cầu công việc
Your professional profile includes:
-At least 3 years of experience in sales and corporate account management.
-Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, demonstrating ownership in all aspects of territory management.
-Native in Vietnamese.
-Professional English level, both written and oral.
-Experience and demonstrated success in pursuing and closing new businesses by always meeting the stated goals and achievements.
-Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Excel, in order to build financial models and market penetration strategy presentations.
Skills & Capabilities:
-Strong communication skills, demonstrating oral, written, and presentation competency and ability to construct a story from the data presented.
-Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
-Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
-Must be proactive and take the initiative to learn more about the online education industry and related business models.
-Total, understanding of marketing, sales, and Online Marketing strategies.
