Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical support and insights to the Chief of Staff by conducting market research and financial analysis related to eCommerce trends and business performance.
• Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, facilitate communication, and track project milestones.
• Prepare and present reports, data visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the Chief of Staff and executive leadership.
• Manage special projects to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the Chief of Staff in managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
1. Education background requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business support or analytical role, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
• Strong understanding of economic principles, market analysis, and financial performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and convey actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a role focused on business strategy or market analysis within eCommerce or related sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, and eCommerce technology trends.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
