The CTO Assistant will support the Chief Technology Officer in overseeing the company's technological direction, initiatives, and strategy. This role includes conducting research, preparing technical reports, coordinating between teams, and assisting with strategic planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has excellent communication and technical skills to bridge gaps between management and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Research & Analysis: Assist the CTO in researching emerging technology trends, innovations, and advancements relevant to CMC Corporation's business objectives (e.g., AI, DX, GreenX, AIX, digital transformation solutions).
• Project Coordination: Work closely with various teams (development, AI, infrastructure, etc.) to ensure project alignment with the company’s technological vision and business goals. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation on technological strategies, project updates, and technology performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders, including government submissions.
• Strategic Support: Assist the CTO in defining and executing the company’s technology roadmap, with a focus on improving AI maturity, expanding digital transformation solutions, and enhancing international market growth in sectors like healthcare, BFSI, Smart Cities, and transportation.
• Innovation & Idea Management: Play a key role in organizing and managing initiatives such as hackathons and innovation idea programs, contributing to the evaluation and selection process of ideas aligned with CMC’s strategic vision.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Help manage relationships with external technology vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure alignment with the company’s tech stack and business needs.
• Administrative Assistance: Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions for the CTO. Help manage daily tasks, ensuring that strategic priorities are executed efficiently.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, AI, cloud solutions, and enterprise architecture. Familiarity with technology in sectors like BFSI, healthcare, Smart Cities, and intelligent transportation is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze technology trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar technical support, assistant, or coordinator role, ideally within a large IT or technology-driven organization.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in AI and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with technology-driven sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, and Smart Cities
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications
• Experience organizing innovation or hackathon programs
