Assistant Sales Manager

Nextevo is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to expand the sales of our eco-friendly pineapple leaf fiber (PALF) products, including cottonised PALF fiber, blended yarn, and fabric. The person will be part of the sales team expanding our market presence in Vietnam and overseas countries.

This role is exciting for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make his/her career in the sustainable textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales pipeline, sales targets, sales territories

• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to plan sales plans and strategies

• To prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management

• To prepare and participate in exhibitions

• Have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum working experience of 5 years with proven 3 years of sales experience with a strong business network.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the textile industry with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellence communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good presentation and analytical skills using Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.

• Must be able to write and speak Vietnamese & English.

• Overseas travel is expected.
