I. Job Role
Perform all design activities for assigned projects and provide support/replacement for management in overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with Filmore's design processes.
II. Responsibilities
1. Manage professional work according to the project investment sequence:
• Carry out/planning project planning and design tasks.
• Participate in developing standards for handover, design requirements for project segments.
• Create project specifications and calculate project efficiency, contribute to design direction.
• Coordinate and provide information to relevant departments in developing overall project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for legal procedures, prepare estimates and budgets during contractor selection to ensure design costs are within approved budgets.
• Coordinate and support the construction management department in addressing design-related issues submitted by contractors during the construction phase.
• Manage submission documents from Design Consultants.
• Support the Head of Department in creating "Project Experience" documents.
2. Manage related design consulting services:
• Contribute to building a management system, evaluation criteria, and selection plans for service providers related to design.
• Participate in developing regulations and criteria to control the quality of design documents.
• Participate in selecting and proposing consulting contractors, negotiate contracts with service providers related to design within the scope of responsibilities.
• Contribute to determining the schedule for implementing proposed design work by consultants, monitor the progress of design work by consulting contractors in design phases.
• Attend Kick-off meetings, technical coordination meetings, and regular progress meetings with consulting experts. Conduct meetings on behalf of the Department Director when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate documents and materials submitted by Design Consultants, ensuring optimal design and compliance with established technical criteria, regulations, and laws.
• Organize progress control, work acceptance, and quantity confirmation according to contracts of service providers related to design.
3. Perform other tasks as required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
a. Education
• University degree or higher in Architecture or Urban Planning.
• Project design management.
• Experience in construction design and site management.
• Proficient in current design standards and regulations.
b. Knowledge
• Knowledge of building materials for project completion.
• Preferably familiar with technical aspects of high-rise residential buildings.
• Preferably knowledgeable in the real estate business sector.
c. Certificate
• Certificate in architectural design or urban planning
d. Experience
• 10 years of experience participating in construction design and urban planning projects.
• At least 05 years of experience in an equivalent position and managing a team of at least 03 employees.
• Proficient in English for work purposes.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), and able to use MS Project.
e. Specific skills/abilities
• Analyze, evaluate, research, and apply new technologies and materials in practical settings.
• Stay updated on the development of new technologies in the construction industry.
