AR Team Leader

Job Summary

- Manage/control debt base on payment term push customer payment on time and work close with the sales team collect money on time

- Cooperate with the related departments to solve the issues

- Make/ review all report debt ensure the debt always hand in hand control,…etc

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure direct report are adequately supervised, developed and motivated through applying performance management routines

- Prepare AR confirmation & follow-up AR confirmation

- Ensure account receivable balance to be reconciled with customer. All the unbalance amount to be identified & solved as per accounting standard & COA

- Reconcile the AR balance with GL account as per accounting standard

- Prepare & follow up monthly accrual to ensure the accurate & completeness of report as per accounting standard

- Review AR limit request, ensure the necessary document obtain as per AR

- Other task assigned by line manager

- University/Bachelor’s Degree

- At least 3 years of working experience in financial accountant

- Knowledge about accounting Receivable/general accountant

- Business analyst operating

- Positive thinking

- Good communication/ always facing all difficult issue

- Come/visit/meeting to customer to solve problem
