Position Summary:

An Agronomist specializing in coconut plantations focuses on optimizing coconut crop production

through scientific research and practical applications. This role involves improving planting,

cultivation, and harvesting techniques to enhance yield and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on soil, climate, and pest management in coconuts.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve coconut yield and quality.

• Monitor and analyze soil and plant health, recommending appropriate treatments.

• Collaborate with farmers to apply best practices in coconut farming.

• Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies and methods.

• Responsible for managing company Greenhouse to optimize productivity

• Conduct experiments on coconut pollination and breeding

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Engineering Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science… or a related field

• High responsibility and tidiness

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in field conditions and conduct hands-on research

• Ability to speak Vietnamese and work with native farmers

• Ability to drive and have good English proficiency is an advantage

• Origin from the Mekong delta or having experience in the agriculture of Mekong delta is an advantage
