Accounting Manager

1. Managing the entire accounting and tax declaration operations

- Establishing the accounting system and reporting framework in compliance with VAS standards.

- Developing processes and regulations related to financial accounting activities and budget control.

- Preparing detailed accounting ledgers according to VAS standards.

- Preparing VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), contractor tax, and other tax reports.

- Continuously updating knowledge on taxes, accounting, and government policies related to the company's operations.

2. Organizing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s budget

- Consolidating budget plans from departments.

- Monitoring the execution of departmental budgets.

- Creating cash flow plans to ensure the company’s operations.

3. Human resource management

- Developing the human resource plan for the finance department.

- Training, managing, assigning, evaluating, and developing staff within the department.

4. Participating in project teams & other assigned tasks

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a related field.

2. Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in accounting management in a similar position in FMCG companies. Experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage.

- Must have experience with ERP/SAP systems.

- Preference for candidates with a CPA certificate.
