Accounting (Bookkeeper)

Nextevo is seeking an experienced Accounting (Bookkeeper) to handle daily accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processes

• Maintain general ledgers (GL) and subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable and receivable), and ensure up-to-date records are kept

• Manage cash flow records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions

• Reconciling bank statements with company records on a regular basis

• Maintain incoming invoices and outgoing invoices

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

• Have experience in using Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
