Financial Accounting and Reporting

1.Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations, which encompasses the preparation of accounting vouchers, ledger entries, and the seamless handling of diverse economic transactions.

2.Prepare financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, punctually, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of the data presented.

3.Conduct in-depth financial data analysis and furnish management with detailed reports on the company's financial standing and operational outcomes.

Tax Management

1.Handle all aspects of tax filing and payment, covering the submission and settlement of various taxes such as Value-Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax, and others.

2.Stay abreast of evolving tax policies, execute prudent tax planning strategies, and mitigate the company's tax-related risks.

Cost Control and Budget Management

1.Collaborate in the formulation of the annual budget, closely monitor budget execution, and conduct in-depth analysis of budget variances.

2.Engage in cost accounting and control activities, and proffer viable suggestions for cost optimization.

Fund Management

1.Oversee the company's daily fund management, including the receipt, payment, allocation, and vigilant monitoring of funds.

2.Assist in the development of a sound fund plan to ensure the optimal utilization of funds.

Financial System Maintenance

1.Demonstrate proficiency in using financial software, and be responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of financial data.

2.Contribute to the optimization of financial processes to enhance the overall efficiency of financial operations.

3.Undertake other finance-related tasks assigned by superiors

1.Education

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2.Experience

At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proven experience in handling financial operations in Vietnam, with a deep understanding of local accounting and tax regulations.

3.Language

Fluent in oral and written in Chinese will be considered with priority.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international partners and local teams.
