3D Designer & Animator (Project-Based/part-Time/ Full-Time)

Olli Technology Company is seeking a 3D Designer & Animator to join us on a full-time or part-time basis for an exciting AI Talking Toy Project for Children. This role focuses on designing and animating 3D characters that will be part of an innovative AI-driven toy experience. The ideal candidate will have strong character design skills, expertise in rigging and animation, and a passion for creating engaging content for kids.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and create 3D characters for the AI talking toy project using software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

● Rig characters for smooth and realistic animation, ensuring they are ready for interaction and movement.

● Develop high-quality character animations for use in promotional videos and in-toy content.

● Collaborate with the AI development team to align animation with the toy's interactive features.

● Ensure the 3D assets are optimized for performance while maintaining quality.

● Create fun and engaging animations that are suitable and safe for children.

Requirements

● Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D design, character modeling, rigging, and animation.

● Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

● Strong portfolio showcasing character design and animation projects.

● Familiarity with animation principles for expressive, kid-appropriate movements.

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.

● Strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in creating children-friendly characters and content.

● Familiarity with interactive 3D projects or AI-driven animation.

● Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.

● Basic understanding of motion capture and integration into animation workflows.
